When you are busy doing stuff in Merlin, if there is something that you need to Select from a Drop Down and the record you need is not in the list you are able to create it from the page you are working on without interrupting your work flow. (You must of course have Rights to do so).
Normally you can do this by clicking on the Blue Hyperlink to get to the Page where you can Locate this type of data.
Click the Blue Hyperlink and a New Page opens. From this new page you can click on Add New to create the new record that you need.
Once created the record will appear in the Locate Grid Page. All records on this Page will have Green Ticks that you can click to Select the record.
Click the Green Tick to Select the record you have just created.
Having created a new Campaign clcik the Green Tick to Select it.
